Ty-Mawr

Ty Mawr Country Park

Cae Gwilym Lane, Cefn Mawr, Wrexham LL14 3PE

Ty Mawr has the fun of a farm in the beautiful Dee Valley. Feed the free-range chickens and ducks, and see the donkeys, pygmy goats, pot-bellied pigs, llama and jacob sheep in the wild flower meadows. The park lies beneath the Cefn Viaduct on the banks of the River Dee - great for relaxing, enjoying a picnic or taking a short walk. The visitor centre and pinic area display impressive wooden sculptures and the playground extends to a Trim Trail and BMX track.
